Im not eligible for a refund if I listen for 90days which im set on doing hopefully again? If I miss days again then I wont be that I respect and understand completely.

The refund policy is pretty clear. You have to use the program according to the instructions to be eligible for a refund. You did not. Taking a 10 day break is not following the instructions. Case closed.
FRM 4.2+ is going to be in LTU and everything that comes from it.
