I get the "weird headaches" too from time to time. It's FRM-related, I believe. But, once the headache "lifts" (at least that's how I'd describe the sensation - *poof* and headache gone), it means quite a bit of fear about something has been removed (I notice that usually, when this happens, I get a waterfall of insight right after, lol). They occur in different parts of my head.
I also wouldn't mind running the version with H&C for a bit, because in the process of fear removal without H&C I notice I've been spending quite a bit of time psychoanalyzing and doing self psychotherapy on myself, hehe. It's interesting, and I believe will be very effective, but time consuming. Still, I think I'll stay on 3.3-D at least throughout January, to get a clean month of DMSI in this version once USLMaxx weans off.
