Today is Day 88 of UMOP in total (UMOP + UMOP2) & Day 31 of the New UMOP2 (-10 days missed) = 88:31 (-10 = 78:21)

VOLUME: 12/15 - US Track

I had a dream, ill share in a moment.
So for anyone new but mainly as a recap,
Ill be now using US track, at volume 12/15 on my phone, connected to my speakers which are always at max.

When I played volume 12, masked track, I had a feeling in my solar plexus. It was the kind of anxiety or fearful feeling you have or I have when I I feel kinda scared I guess.
I wasnt scared but felt it stranger and uneasy and thought it was due to the vibrations of the track coming out of the stereo speakers on my desk near my bed.
I had this same feeling/sensation again last night when I played US. I therefore know it cannot be vibrations so unsure what it is. It didnt last as long as the first night with the masked but its something to note I felt.

The dream:
Ive no idea how relevant this dream is as it makes no sense to me but stating for data's purpose.
The dream was of workmen/construction next door at my neighbours house here in the UK. Somehow a workman came in through the small toilet window, which seemed a little unlikey due to size.
He was a nice guy we chatted, I dont recall the ins and outs of the dream or content of our chat except that him being there in our house through that window was bizarre.
I think he left that way too, but cant be 100% sure.
