Yeah, it probably is the 280 HD Pro. The 180s I looked up don't look similar, but the 280 looks exactly like mine.
I wouldn't say sleeping in them is comfortable, per se, but it's doable and you kinda get used to it after awhile. Sleeping on your stomach, however, is an impossibility.
