The FRM is really working well ! Yesterday I had lunch with high level people, in a very formal setting... normally I do not feel comfortable in this kind of situation. But this time I felt only positive feelings, I was very talkative and asked a lot of questions, some of them sensitive. And the people candidly answered my questions without resistance, in a comfortable way. My boss was surprised, and he was the one who was nervous, avoiding asking questions and just listening to the guests 
He told me that maybe I could take his place next time there is another formal event... is it a promotion ? I don't know yet 
One of the high level guy asked me at the end if I would accept to be part a conference... without thinking I answered : "yes of course !". When I realized what I said, I got nervous, but the nervousness quickly disappeared Even though it will be a conference with around 300 guests... I will have time to prepare with this USLM as this public talk will February next year
