It is covered. Primarily during stages 1 through 3, and to a slightly lesser extent in stages 4 through 6. But the reason I suggested the Alpha set is because it is much more aggressive in how it deal with them.
You have only just begun this one, so unless you come out the other end without seeing that happen, I wouldn't worry about it.
