For example in Bitcore (BTC) you have to dig really deep to understand who write the code and how the hierarchy works inside. The thing is supposed to be completely decentralized and if someone is at the top well it's not normal. The problem came when Satoshi left it seems
The problem is that someone has to write the code, that person cannot be decentralized, someone has to choose what we write in the code. Unless they invent some kind of decentralize way of writing the code. But still you can have some manipulation which makes it centralized like the way our democracy is supposed to be "uncensored" or controlled by the people who vote.
On Bitcoin cash I just learn the bitmain CEO is one of the guy in charge, along with another one who said he was Satoshi. The problems is that it's not even mentioned in their page. It's not like the project is wrote by some divine influence
And it's only now that I learn that which mean it was probably hidden on purpose.

Investing in btc is for noobs dipping their toes in the water. There is still plenty of money to be made, dont get me wrong..... but the 100x returns (with an insanely high risk) is in certain alts. If anyone is investing in btc because they support decentralization, theyre in the wrong coin lol.
