When I listen to the silent track at night it gives me a tension/stress in the bottom of my stomach like I’ve got something important to do the next day and I’m worried. Also that tension feeling makes it hard to get to sleep.
For the hybrid track I use apple earphones with my iPhone and for the silent track I use a iPhone plugged in usb connection of hifi system.
I really want to break through the resistance because the tension feeling above has been a major issue for me in the past.
Do I need to be using higher spec equipment than iPhone earphones for the hybrid track to get the full benefit?
No.
The drowsy is likely the effect of one or both f your brain being maxed out by the hybrid track for input, decode, process, store and execute all at the same time, or it is attempting to resist but is only using up energy in the process. The nervousness in the pit of your stomach is the fear response your subconscious is having to executing the script, which it apparently is having a very hard time resisting.
