Don't beat yourself up over a wetdream. The body needs to ejaculate in order to cycle new sperm. It's a good sign.
Yeah, it's kind of instinctual to play with oneself at that age. Everyone I knew in highschool was beating it. In fact it was the norm.
Not entirely sure committing to semen retention for life is a good thing. Most heterosexual women (if not all) like making a guy cum. It validates them. What's important is the intention you set with the energy you're conserving. So for you current retention, having an intention for the energy is key. I.e channeling that energy into developing as a man. I know for me, I unconsciously channeled my energy into being more attractive and expanding my circle of friends.
