From what I understand offline wallet you have to save the private keys on a paper.
IT seems to be different from bitcoin though as there is no seed for now.
Public keys can be shared with anyone to accept payment but private should never be revealed.
Best seems to load a linux from a usb stick, then load the offline wallet app from it (to create your wallet)
So you are sure there is less possible security leaks. I'm going to do that for my 8000etn wallet. For now with only 100ETN in a wallet it doesn't really matter yet.
