it might be a placebo but Ifeel like UD is still working a bit even though I barely used the program.
I feel my hands are much more clammy and sweaty all the time, my body has been waking up in major sweats last few nights, and my pee is darker allot of the time.
either way, UD is a great sub imo from only 4-5 days of using I can tell, looking forward to the day I use it again, I think I may gift it to my parents and see how it affects them.
