The biggest thing seems to be giving a woman a safe environment in which to allow herself to express her natural and inherent sexuality without negative consequences - i.e. reputation destruction, etc. Holy ****, what most women will do when they have that is amazing. I cannot for the life of me comprehend why any man would not be smart enough to provide a woman with his silence. If she trusts you not to stab her in the back, talk about her behind her back, and let her be sexual... she'll usually give you what you (and she) want. How come it's so hard for guys to be trustworthy in such situations? She wants to be what you wish she was. Let her be what she is, and stop calling her stupid names and making her afraid and ashamed of being a sexual being!
