It's entirely possible, but with someone as headstrong as you are it could go either way. It also helps to understand the "why" behind it. Jones has a good suggestion. I find that adding flavoring to water makes it more interesting and enjoyable also, and sweetener even more, although I hesitate to suggest that because I don't think there is much in the way of sweeteners that is actually good for you, aside from maybe raw honey. But, try that while I'm catching up and making myself able to build all these suggestions.
Couple drops of food flavorings, very interesting. I like lemon, stawberry, coconut, anise, lime and occasionally vanilla. Even better, get seltzer water (plain carbonated water) and add flavor to it. Now it's soda!
