I want also mention that i am able to see around 2-3 layers of chakra aura.
I learned it one year ago but i am stagnating at it a long time now and I am not able to see any changes due to DMSI.
I assume that either I am not skilled enough with seeing the Aura or this is another kind of Aura, does anybody know this?
Some days ago i started with an Aura loading exercise where you imagine energy from the earth and from the sky alltogether with your breath.
During the exersice i notice a prickling feeling especially on the hands and arms but not much more atm.
