I don't think my wisdom override Shannon recommendation and I already gave you the answer which is don't use them together.
Using DMSI before a date while on SM3 will probably mess things up more than give you good results. Remember that some of us are using DMSI alone and are not getting results so you probably won't either with just a short time from DMSI.
