I'm not sure what you're referring to with the 32 day wait. You're supposed to wait before using subliminals from a different creator, but I recommend a different waiting period for that. My suggestion is that you not use subliminals from different creators, but affirmations are somewhat different. If you want to use them, that's up to you. But here is the why behind it all, so you can make a better informed decision.

If the suggestions conflict they can have some very strange, unpredictable, and sometimes undesirable results. You can't see the script for the six stage sets, and I can't remember all the affirmations I come across. So, the only reason I only suggest against using them instead of specifying explicitly, is that I know that affirmations are much slower and much less effective than my subliminals.
