It's one factor I think among many others, like brain difference, females have the right part of the brain (emotional brain) more developed.
This is also be why girls are more attune to things like astrology when guys doesn't care at all and see it as stupid. Girls are more opens to things like that while guys are more in the keep doing what's works, "I don't want to change". Girls adapt faster to their environment, they also learn faster, and grow faster (height).
You can also see that in the different race of man, each race has different abilities. The white race has a behavior more female like (moon type behavior).
The Indian race has a behavior more manly (Sun type behavior), they didn't change as fast but they were more consistent.
The Black race has a behavior more in the suffering, ability to bear burden. (Saturn type behavior)
etc.
But basically a white race female with long hair should have the most yin energy. But that's still a generalization as there are a lot of other factors. Blond hair, blue/green eyes, skin even more white than the normal white type girl, would make her even more yin.

What about 'Bi-Racial' .... It would be interesting to see if being Bi-Racial combines both of these traits.
