I am quite certain E2 wins. LTU is a great program, but people with a lot of emotional issues don't seem to benefit from it as much as people who are clearer from past issues.
Take it from someone who has had little improvement with any other program but E2 so far. With that in mind, E2 can still take a while to reach the root problems, but there will be some noticeable change every once in a while.
