EPHRA 2.0 is better for deleting inner unhappiness. Ever wonder why little kids are always so happy and energetic and adults are usually beaten down by life? It's because we are naturally happy already, our baggage just gets in the way of that natural happiness. Use both if you want, but E2 would be better used first.
