Wouldn't DMSI take care of sexual hangups. ED is almost always psychological which DMSI should deal with as part of preparing you for it's goals, ie part of the healing process if that's one of your concerns. What would be the point of a sub like DMSI if it missed out sexual healing. How could you achieve it's goals then?
