Day 250:

Two hundo n fiddy days of Life Tune-Up 5G (v3.1) complete. Between 8 - 11 hours per day.


All in all,

I'm fairly optimistic, most the time.

I'm also pretty happy overall.

When in my neutral state, I feel pretty calm and content.

I have a bit of self-love, though I still could do with some improvements in this area.

I'm a bit of a stickler for clean, straight, moral living. Though in all fairness, I've been pretty moral my whole life, so the sub probably just motivated in this area.

I've had a few urges to praise my friends for still being my friends, and show more appreciation for them. But I managed to stop myself going too far in this direction.

I don't notice much shame / guilt anymore.

I am still having regular nightmares.

I'm feeling pretty healthy, especially emotionally healthy.

I'm pretty immune to oneitis these days after 435 days of Self-Validation (185 EPRHA + 250 LTU).


As for now, I'll still be doing LTU for a little bit longer. I'm close to 9 months, though I might still go for the whole 12 months / 1 year.
