So, some fears are needed (and keep us safe)...
The program script is designed to transfer the job of keeping you safe to your cognitive thinking mind, instead of your irrational and instinctual emotional self. It says that in the description, I believe. But it's designed to help you overcome and outgrow ALL fears. Even the fear that you're not capable of thinking well enough to avoid a fight when it would be undesirable, if you have no fear. By definition, there's no such thing as a "reasonable" fear, as fear is an emotion and therefore irrational and unreasonable by nature.
