Very few phone speakers are abled to run ultrasonic. I would recomend you to use headphones and trickling stream for best results. Try start using at night when sleeping, once you get used to it, you will be able to pull more hours and have better results

Well I did test my phone speakers by downloading "Test Mp3 " and I was able to hear the sound for 20 sec...

My computer is like 100 cm away from my bed. So I am planning to play the sub on that....Is that okay ?

it's definitely better than the mobile. Most laptop speakers and desktop standalone speakers will do the trick.

Keep listening, no matter WHAT.

It sounds like typical classic resistance. It isn't going to be able to overpower years or decades of a bad habit, and such an ingrained one as masturbation, in a week or so. Those repetitions in it's script need to be hammered in over a longer period. I have no doubt it will work, but you need to keep the listening hours as high as you can each day. Up them a few hours if you can, especially for the first while, to overpower the resistance. You're putting 35 words a second, or 126,000 words an hour, into your head. With such volume, there's NO doubt it will start making a serious impact.

I really want to do this sub soon, as I feel I lose a lot of sexual energy I should be directing towards girls with masturbation and want to stop. Had a strange dream today.
I saw that I was naked and was taking shower with my gf and then suddenly my mom came in and took my pic on her mobile.
I wasnt afraid nor did I panic that she took my pic naked..So I asked her to show me the pic. When I looked at my pic I saw a strange white smoke behind my back(in pic) and as soon as I was about to say something...Something grabed my mouth and said"Dont say a word,that smoke is some kind of entity" and I then felt its presence and it was really frightning...As if it waa some demon. I felt so much fear.

I think you are right Catman. I guess fear is being released in some form from my mind. When I relapse,I dont feel that much bad and pissed at myself.
