please need help, my wife want to use the weight lose program, but we are Arabian and she is not that good in English language, but we used to watch English language movies with Arabic subtitle for couple of decades, so, i think she able to use the program right away depending on the power of subconscious.Idea

I cannot say whether or not your wife knows and understands enough English to achieve results with this program. It is very possible, since the subconscious mind is vastly more capable than the conscious mind.
