After chachacha clarified tapping I know what I did wrong. I looked at wrong signs and I don't go deep enough with the beliefs. Starting stage 5 tonight

My indifference skyrocketed today.
-never thought finding a part time job is this hard. Its almost like companies have something against hiring high schoolers wtf.

last night I was tapping using the question "what is stopping me from becoming a confident alpha male?". This eventually led to " why is this girl stopping you from becoming a confident alpha male?". I put my right forearm on my forehead to sleep and the triggered a powerful memory that just overwhelmed me. It was very close to feeling it to the first time and I tapped it away but i don't think i tapped it all away because it was really strong. After that my internal dialogue immidatly turned to angry and said it wanted revenge.I tapped that away too.
Damn looked like I wasn't truly over her lol. Good thing that block appeared so I can tap that monster away

Stage 5 day 5 6/11/14
-released some more stuff today. Was bullied by a girl when i was a little boy lol.
-I feel like im slightly happier than i used to be.
-started working on the "meeting women" work sheet and I feel like Im starting to open up to other races lol. Me being an asian guy always prefered asian girls but now white girls are starting to have an appeal
-getting more eye contact with women. having fun around women seem easier.

I'm getting this too actually. Got a building "black girls" obsession developing, it's actually quite cool because it feels like I'm opening up. I totally see how I used to "pigeon hole" all potential girls into a category of the first girl I ever liked.

Wonder if it's an "AM" thing.

- I noticed my neediness has gone down significantly.
- Hitting the gym more often.
- Happier than ever and enjoying myself way more than Im used to.
-Subs and Tapping goes together with such synergy lol.

-Had a dream that i was running away from some of my friends. They eventually caught up with me.
-deviated from the pua work sheets because i decided i need to work on success and deserving.
- there's some strong underlying fear inside me and I don't know what it is. When it comes up in my dreams it takes in the shape of zombies and the like.

-had an interview with a female interviewer. suttered like crazy.
-hung out with female friend. lots of touching lol.
-planned to hang out with her tmw.
-need to work on tapping more. facing HEAVY resistance when i try to tap.

-hung out with a female friend but it really felt like a date. the environment is great for getting close but I didn't really know how to proceed so I just let whatever happen happen. stayed close, not afraid to touch, chillout, try to be funny, rapport(whatever that means). Damn you inexperience lol. She responded well and I had a lot of fun so it was great.

Stage 5 day 18 6/24/14
-Had a dream this morning it was going well and then a random event happened and it spiked my insecurity and left me charged with negative emotions. Tapped it away thankfully. way to start the day damn.
-started working out more.
-tried to help my closest friend by teaching him how to tap. i was working with one of his memories and when rubber actually hit the road it got so bad he wanted to quit. he claimed that he lied about everything during the process so I left. i am done with this guy for the day.
