As for ASC, I'm listening about 6-7 hours a night which corresponds to how long I'm sleeping. During the day, I'm listening 2-4 hours.

Thanks for the ideas, Nept. I just went to add them to the existing script, only to find out that the folder and the script are... gone. On both my computers. Not sure what happened. Got to start over I guess.

The amount of exposure you're getting and the fact that you verify volume tells me that you have to be doing to subconscious stonewalling thing. Sometimes with that, after you finish using it, the effects come out. But do the full course first. Then we'll see what happens.

so you do have a resistant or stubborn personality then?

I have seen it a number of times where people resist that way. It appears to result from a fear based feedback loop. Fear of (X) and (not X) at the same time. Not sure it's like that always, but I have seen it more than once now.

Finding out what you're resisting is the first step to overcoming it.

Humor aside, I tend to be assertive but I am not generally obstinate or difficult.

I can't imagine why I would be resisting improvements in confidence. Is it possible that my confidence bucket is already sufficiently full that this sub just doesn't have anything major to add? (That's an honest question- I don't really know what is in it or what effect it should have)

I read "The Manual" a couple of months ago and felt a bit of a boost all around from that but thats really been the only change I've noticed in recent times- except I *think* I might be a little more tired than normal. I'm not positive. I've taken on a lot more responsibility due to my divorce so there are other factors that could be at work in terms of fatigue.

I really could not definitively say what is happening with you or why without doing something like a hypnosis session and straight up asking your subconscious what's happening and why. The only thing I have ever seen have that effect, however, is the stonewalling effect, and that particular variant of it is pretty rare.

It'll be a "see what happens" situation. Although I might suggest to you that you try a different program, also. I'm going to be building Stress Relief as a 4 or 5G program soon, but you might try that or something else that strikes your fancy. If it doesn't work for you after you use it according to the directions, just request a refund. I suggest Stress Relief because it's free, but 3G is a lot less powerful than 4 or 5G. It may be a case of resistance to a specific program, part of a program or goal.

I'm going to continue with ASC 5g for a few more days at least. I'm listening some during the day and most of the night. I have started limiting the nighttime exposure a little to make sure I get *some* sleep without the subliminal playing.

I'm torn on which program to buy next. The BIABW titles are interesting, as are the AYP titles, but I'm not divorced yet and couldn't have a sexual/romantic relationship right now anyway.

The Extreme Self Esteem script seems to have some applicable elements as does the Life Tune Up- I'm hesitant at this point about starting one of the longer programs because I doubt I'll be able to stick with it without some personal evidence of efficacy. If it takes 4+ months to see results, I'll probably tire of it before then unless I can see some results.

Develop Irresistable Charisma, Ultra Success and Think Like a Millionaire all have their appeal for me. as well and I'm sure there are more.

Its funny- these are affordably priced so that money is not the main resource I have to worry about in selecting. Time is the limiting factor because of the limitations of what you can use at one time.

I'm leaning toward LTU and maybe adding one other that covers a subject not already well represented in LTU. Shannon, maybe you have some guidance on how broad LTU is and what might mix well with it.

I guess I'd be fine with the attraction subs, I just can't really act on the results in the immediate future. I could enjoy the results themselves I suppose. Aura of Sexiness perhaps?

If you want to see the results and prove the programs work, of the ones you mention, I would say TLAM is one of the more obvious ones. LTU is good. AYP subs are probably not going to be the best choice for that, although the 5G/OE based ones would be much better, but I have not finished creating those. I suggest that TLAM or LTU would be good choices all by themselves, although you need to remember that LTU is in 3rd Gen format and TLAM is 4th Gen. The generations are significantly different in power.

If you use LTU, use it by itself.

Andrew has told me that TLAM was one of his favorite subs for what it did for him.
