Yo Jay, what have your experiences been with NG?

You posted earlier in this thread and I'm wondering how it worked out for you.

I do believe that one of the biggest benefits I receive from grounding regularly is basically being more present and more comfortable with myself, apart from that I’m just more social, more playful and more direct in my interactions, especially with women. It’s not perfect but things are definitely getting easier since I started.

And it’s not that I’ve been getting laid since I’ve started NG again or that I’ve been doing it continuously (since watching the same videos over and over again kinda burned me out from doing it for a while), but I definitely see more interest from women since making it a daily habit and actually enjoying doing NG instead of seeing it as a chore, also things have picked up since I started making my own videos.

I’m not saying that this is a regular occurrence but as far as results go, since starting again I’ve experienced things such as getting the deer in headlight look a few times (which never happened to me before), seeing more women stare, prolonged eye contact, touching their hair quite often while talking, getting nervous around me (I had one girl that couldn’t properly think around me anymore, which was quite fun), girls spontaneously striking up a conversation with me, sharing quite personal info while we just met, women sitting down near or next to me (even though there were enough other places to sit), being told how easy it is for them to talk to me, describing me as confident, cocky and even being described as being humble as well (even though I didn’t quite see myself like that at the time, or still sometimes do), more touching, easier to flirt, stuff like that, and all in all I just feel better about myself. It also kinda sucks knowing in hindsight that I could've gone a lot further than I did so far.

I’m just more comfortable and confident in general and around women (not all, mind you) and they’re more comfortable around me, that’s it. I’m not saying that NG is solely responsible for this and I definitely have my “off” days, but it’s definitely a step in the right direction, I also noticed my mood is just better the more I practice it and when stopping I’m more prone to anxiety or self-criticism.

Also when I broke up with my ex a while ago, I was pretty bitter about it (and became more bitter as time progressed) but I do see NG as one of things in helping me with the healing process and seeing women in a more positive light again and just admiring and exploring their beauty (without wanting, judging, just appreciation), and being present with it (while also asking myself and contemplating what kind of person I have to be in order to cause and receive that level of attraction, and basically just focusing on that person and getting lost in the process).

I also tend spending a lot of time by myself working on my business so when I do go out or just go somewhere I noticed it takes less time to get my social acuity on par again when talking to friends or someone face-to-face, also my eye contact has improved a great deal and is pretty steady now.

Although I do see NG as a catalyst, the most important thing I’ve come to realize is how you see yourself, and from which frame you’re coming from. If you can’t see yourself as this awesome, capable, sex-worthy guy or believe in yourself that it is possible for you, all the NG in the world (or subliminals or any other method for that matter) won’t make that much of a difference.

Also Geodude, if you happen to be reading this. Thank you for being the inspiration for me to start NG again (and to stick with it).

No, as far as WNG goes I do add the occasional ASMR video in my sessions which has plenty of eye contact. But I generally just focus on traditional NG.

If you guys are still on the fence with this stuff you CAN do daily visualization instead. Daily visualization is validated by science.

I'm telling you, though. Fulfill the "hole" or "void" in your heart by visualizing or NG. This is the single most important thing you can do for success with women.

DISCLAIMER: I think Shannon said not to do NG with AM6, so I'd recommend doing this between subs or do it during a sub like LTU. I've noticed that it does seem to mess with SM3 and WM2, (ironically), so you might want to do this after you finish them. However, DO stop looking at porn as that will improve your life no matter what.

My story:

Back in the 2000's, I had had nearly zero success with women. At that point in my life, I had discovered tapping and had totally eradicated most of my problems, but I still struggled with women. Throughout those years, I went through a massive amount of self-help and PUA materials with next-to-no results. I was still crippled by approach anxiety and success with women was an uphill struggle. Even unattractive women weren't interested in me. For a guy who has always been objectively good-looking, this was deeply troubling. Even when I would practice approaching, it was a really shitty experience. The women seem to not want me. It was really frustrating because I heard so many times throughout my life how women rate me an 8, 9, or even 10/10 on attractiveness; I couldn't figure out how the hell to fix this problem.

One day, however, while searching for tapping scripts for approach anxiety, I stumbled upon EFT scripts written by a dude named Rion Williams. At that time, there was nearly zero useful information on the internet concerning tapping, so I was eager to find anything that could help.

The scripts helped a little, and I decided to search Rion's forum to learn more. Once there, I saw that the number one thread on the forum was by a guy named Mr_Marcus who talked about his insane results using something called NG. Inspired by his results, I decided to research it further. NG sounded totally nuts to me at the time, but I was deeply troubled by my women issue and open to try anything. I saw on Rion's site that there was a training course for NG. (www.naturalgrounding.net). I said, "**** it" and went through the course with an open mind.

I still to this day remember the first day I went through the videos. I'm pretty sure the ones I watched were "Secret of Women" and "Super Halo". I had so, so, so much resistance. I had thoughts like, "this is gay", "this is stupid" etc. but stubborn as I am, I forced myself to watch the videos like 20 times in a row, determined to feel something.

Finally, like a drop of water going through a dusty, clogged, pipe, I shed a single, small, tear.

As I hadn't cried in over a decade at that point, this was pretty significant to me. I figured, "there might be something to this shit" and decided to just keep doing it everyday. "Why not? It's not like it could get any worse with women," I thought.

Little did I know, my life was about to get nuts.

I don't really remember anything significant happening over the next few days or even weeks, besides a 180 degree difference from being extremely negative and complaining all the time, to the literal opposite. Other than that, I don't remember anything really happening for a while.

At that time, I was working at a store at the mall. Rarely, they would hire an attractive woman, but they would usually be in a relationship or quit not long after.

At one point they hired this hot woman that I still to this day would rate as at least a 9/10 on attractiveness. Let's call her Amber. I think she may of been working there before I started NG, but I'm not sure. I do know, however, that I had never said anything to her (she worked on the opposite side of the store), and she definitely didn't even look at me. I remember that one day I closed the store with her and oh boy, was I attached. It was literal pain I felt, since she was exactly what I wanted and I didn't want to screw things up.

I think it's important to point out that there were other women at my job, but I didn't even bother talking to them because I wasn't interested in them.

Then something magical happened.

At some point, maybe a few weeks after starting NG, I started having a significantly more positive attitude regarding women. I started feeling really good in general and for the first time in my life, I wasn't full of self-hate. I found myself talking to those women that I mentioned before, and actually caring about them. I noticed that I had a lot in common with them, and I started really enjoying their company.

Around that time, I also noticed women started checking me out everywhere I went. I noticed that I was experiencing some kind of momentum effect, where I kept feeling better and better, not knowing what was really happening. I started feeling like I had all the power in my interactions. I felt fulfilled and happy, and I felt that way no matter where I went, rather than being depressed at one location, (like the bar for example), and feeling happy somewhere else. I felt a consistent happiness and satisfaction 24/7.

I didn't approach any women during this time, or really do much of anything for results. It's not that I didn't want to, it was just at that time in my life, I kinda gave up on approaching, as it had been a very negative experience.

One day, after doing this for a month, I think, I went to work. Remember I mentioned that Amber worked on the opposite side of the store? Well not this time. She literally left her post to come to the back and gravitated to me. She came back there and rested against me and would not stop touching me. It was like I had some kind of magical energy and she was trying to get it to rub off on her. She got so enthusiastic about it that the other guys working in the back with me got uncomfortable and left (lol). Pretty cool.

Also, around this time, women started approaching me. This was a new experience for me. Just imagine being zero with women your whole life, then suddenly having beautiful women approaching you. It was awesome.

A lot of great stuff happened, but it would take like 20 pages to write it all out, and I've already said a ton.

Let's get to the tutorial!

What is NG? And why does it work?

Here's an example to give you an idea.

Imagine there's a guy named Bob who has never had any success with women. He's tried hard, he's done PUA stuff, but he's just not as successful as he wants to be; getting women takes a big effort and it seems to be an uphill struggle. When he can force himself to approach women, he feels really uncomfortable and feels like he has to convince them to like him. Sometimes the women respond, but it's always work; a struggle. Bob has large feeling of lack in regards to women and it makes him miserable.

Enter NG.

Bob starts to do NG, and although he thinks it's stupid and weird, he sticks with it anyway. After doing it 20 minutes everyday for a bit, he notices that that large feeling of lacking women is less everyday and as a result, he's much happier. He starts having a much more positive view of women and finds himself "sending" them love as he walks to work, instead of resenting them like he used to. Talking to women is suddenly a positive experience and all those feelings of "here's my chance to get this girl" are gone. Instead, he just has fun and expresses himself. He no longer has any fear of loss when he talks to women, because strangely enough, he feels fulfilled in the area of women, despite the fact that he's been single for 20 years...But that doesn't last. Bob finds himself being sought out by beautiful women; even ones that seemed to not know he even existed. They start inviting him out to the dance club. These results get even more and more nuts. Women starting talking to him about their sex lives and start touching him constantly. Suddenly, Bob finds himself so comfortable with women that he has sex with them very easily. Bob eventually stops NG because he gets into a relationship with the woman he wants, and the constant attention from women is pretty annoying.

So that's what you can expect.

How does NG work?

Let me make it very simple for you: NG is giving yourself free unconditional love and approval from quality women.

You know how when you get into a relationship, women start appearing out of nowhere and start showing you interest? NG is very similar.

You're more or less defined by your experiences up to this point. If your whole life you've had negative experiences with women, you will certainly have limiting beliefs and issues with them. NG allows you control this process and start giving yourself positive experiences. It's almost like cheating.

So imagine if, for 20 minutes a day, a large group of young, authentic women came to your house and gave you genuine unconditional love and approval every day. How would that affect you?

Or imagine how when you have a shitty day, how much it would mean to you to if someone you cared about gave you hug and said, "I love you and am proud of you".

Would you keep feeling shitty? Or would it make you lighten up?

90% of guys have an empty cup when it comes to women. They feel lack and feel great when women want them, but shitty when they don't. This makes getting women a miserable, emotional roller-coaster.

The guys who do NG, however, have a filled cup with women. So suddenly, they find themselves 100% comfortable around the beautiful women they dreamed about. They can suddenly be themselves and have relationships with women. These guys are so incredibly rare, that it's like a huge breath of fresh air to women. They don't want to lose those guys, so they defy societal norms and pursue them.

It's really that simple. NG will fulfill you in the area of women. So as a result, it will solve a ton of issues.

How to do NG
****************

1. VERY important to stop looking at porn. Porn has the exact opposite effect of NG and will literally damage your brain. There's tons of resources out there to help you, but realize that fapping is as bad an addiction as hard drugs or smoking. Don't believe me? Go to yourbrainonporn.com and see for yourself.

2. Try to clear your mind. Just suspend your judgments and disbelief for the time being and watch the videos.

3. Look into their eyes. Notice their sincerity and authenticity in giving you approval.

4. Accept their approval. You can literally say this to yourself while you're watching it: "Accept their approval".

5. Watch any of the videos in any order for at least 20 minutes every day. No exceptions.

6. Allow yourself to be emotional. The goal is to shed tears. If you do, pat yourself on the back. If it's not happening, then replay the videos over and over until you do.

7. When women start pursuing you, try to "let it go", as it will be very easy to fall back into your old patterns. Find it within yourself to let go of a "golden opportunity" because I promise you, there will be many more women.

8. Don't worry too much about what's on the official NG site. Rion tends to vastly over-complicate this very simple process. Just take my explanation of it and you'll be fine.

I don't get the 7th point. Are you saying that if a girl I like or an sexually interested in displays interest I shouldn't act upon it?

No. If she displays interest, go for it. What I meant is learning to be happy regardless of what happens. If your stomach is tight or your feel like, "I'll be happy when/if ______," when you're talking to her, then you're coming from the wrong place.

Once you're genuinely as happy going home alone as when you go home with a chick, you will have beaten the "game".

I have been doing NG for 6 months , and there have definitely been changes...
But whats really important to me is how everyone's subconscious filters the practice. For example, Mr. Marcus would recommend 1hr a day, meanwhile for me, if i practice more than 40 mins a day my subconscious would become tolerant to my energy/emotion spikes
Making it feel less potent. This is just a personal example and different people's brain have their unique way of programming. I would advise to use geodude advise as a great resource and main framework but then start to experiment outside of it to find your personal programming key.
This is what I've done using Geodude and Mr. Marcus as a great starting point.

The scheduling and modeling was something i was very curious about too. Before my 6 months. I actually started 4 years ago but stopped because of my growing ego and sudden results. Some people were saying everyday for an 1 hr. Others would say whenever you felt like and watch the same video repeatedly. However, this practice is something very hard to tie down into a logical approach one size fits for all imo. Each of our minds have different emotional pathways that help us accept subconscious changes. This is why found geodude and mr. Marcus as great starting points for growing but i really had to experiment and test what worked best for me as well that my brain would except as its personal fact/truth.

Interestingly, you know there are some post saying NG causes disruption with the Masculine energy.. i actually found this to be true FOR ME when i grounded 1hr 30 min. days.
but
days on like a friday and saturday when my mood is happier from being off of work, i would ground for like 20-30 mins and women would literally throw themselves at me... while I'm just doing nothing, it's fun haha

However, this is just my personal example.. my point is: grounding for 20-30 mins could cause the next man's Masculinity to become tempered with while him grounding everday for 40-60 mins could make him feel like a God.

You really just keep practicing using a foundation i.e. geodude, marcus) then slowly change and test to feel whats right to you. Thats how it worked for me.

This post tempted me to try NG. I think I'll try it for a while and see the result.

One thing I have to say that nowadays there are ways too many girls affected by Western culture and behave like they are strong girls. Even here in Asian countries, I can see it in Chinese girls, by seeing the way they walk I can say they are more strong than feminine.

My goal is to build up the appreciation towards feminine and truthly admire it for how feminine is. If positive changes, I'll upload here
