MLS 5.5G - Suggestions for Maximum Learning Speed

I am a new user of subliminal shop's product and currently I am using MLS-4G. During this period I noticed some frequent changes in my mind and emotion. Can I share them so that one expert can guide me whether it is good or bad for me. Can I start a journal regarding my daily experience of using MLS-4G?

Excuse making/creating for not studying

Effective prioritising and time management to either study, learn or practice and review work or to complete those obstacles that become excuses before learning/studying etc

Hydration and sleep - optimal for learning such as 2-3 litres a day or 4 if youre size needs it to sleeping 7-9hours a night or more or less as you need. However sometimes we don't know really what we need and are surprised when we don't get the results from drinking enough or sleeping enough so we need the subconscious to instruct our conscious to act on what is actually real and of benefit to us.

Same with diet: remove sugar and simple carbs, focus on protein and fats with only remaining carbs to give us the energy we need. etc


Self-testing/self-quizing. This is the how brain creates memories or learnings. it isn't by rote memorisation so much as self testing apparently.

Clarity. Its 1 thing finding and learning ways to study for example, but if your mind is clouded with all this information then we need clarity to be able to order it and use it for good study habits.

I suppose clarity can work on all levels of learnings too.

Speed Writing

Also I have noticed that my hands get tight when ever I am writing Idk why but it gets tensed and even hurts after that. Maybe Stress module will work for this but.. I want speed writing definitely on this one.

Shannon has said that he will bring out 1 sub rather than 2 track sub such as DMSI, do you all thing this is good?

I personally think a track that can clear all issues related to the success of this sub before installing the goal of the sub title would be best no?

No way, I don't think we need a separate clearing subs just for shits and giggles. It is not really needed, it's not like DMSI that is a very sensitive part of our life with huge emotional issues

Besides we don't have time to be listening to 2 friggin tracks. It must be just 1

What I understand is, is that with DMSI you listen to track 1 for only 2 loops a day thats it. Do that for a month to clear all the obstacles in your way unless you wanna do it longer and then you do track B all the way.

So with MLS i thought 1 track to clear procrastination, anxieties, fears, apprehensions, lack of motivation, etc would be brilliant and then you smash your way with track B.

Day 47 - Update #3

So I've read the scripts of both IYGSH and UM (improve your grades and study habits, Ultra Motivation)

Both are very very good.

Its abundantly clear now to me that I need IYGSH 70-80%

I need UM 20-30% atleast.

I need IYGSH because this is my main and ultimate goal and priority HOWEVER I also need UM to help with the other goals that I have. These goals range from doing exercise, to eating right and healthily to goals for time management and money management etc.

Most students may not have other goals, its not for me to say but I do have goals that must be achieved while also achieving success at university.

Im super grateful to the member that open my eyes to look again at the scripts of these 2 subs.

No all I can do is wait on Shannon to advise me as he sees best.

I also hope that both of these subs are there in the new MLS 5.5G.

I say this because while most if not all students will want IYGSH to be part of MLS, the UM should be there to help us manage our goals both for in and out of the learning cycle, even if all some MLS users want is to learn to play the guitar or learn day trading on the financial markets, its paramount that other goals are not neglected because life still goes on even when we try and learn anything.

I am preparing for a competitive exam and I want Shannon to include some module which will help me get the right materials... In the end all I wanna do is crack the exam.. If it's been already taken care of then its okay..

But learning new new things also require some concentration, focus and attention. It's also the matter of determination and hard work. Without remove fear, guilt, self sabotages how we can keep full concentration on what we are going to learn?

No I don't think its a good idea to bring two tracks....If u really want some clearing then better do E2 and then MLS-5.5G... I am sure clearing in E2 is much better than it will be in MLS-5.5G.
