Noticed I was walking very powerful and grounded today in the mall.

Also noticed when I see a woman that is my type I stare intensely into there eyes while walking or driving past them.

Very powerful eye contact and body language.

Also had allot of cashiers and stuff smile at me allot.

internally I'm going through allot right now.

I have a fractured hand I'm waiting for it to get better and start lifting hard again.

I don't have oneitis, but I really really miss and want to be with Brunette 3 from my work.

A week or two ago she liked a picture of my new car that I posted on Facebook.

This tells me she's at least a little interested.

VERY little at least, the last thing I did was ask her out and got rejected again because she said she's "Hey i'm seeing someone remember, that sounds like a date |


But a week or so after that she liked my photo of my new car so that tells me its not comletely over. (i doubt she would like ANY photo of mine if she wasn't at least slightly interested)

That being said, I haven't talked to her since the rejection and I don't plan on talking to her until at least a few months.

I'm going to get my body back to 175lbs (my max weight I ever was) I'm 153 right now. (5 foot 6 or 7)

I'm going to get a new wardrobe, meet other women potentially and focus on myself.

When I do these things and better myself and elevate myself to her level. Then I have a much higher chance of getting with her.

And if not her, another version of her. There will always be a women that comes around that I really like (though it happens rarely for me)..

So i must always strive to be the best version of myself.

I have one women who I had a [Sexually graphic comment - unsuitable language. Moderators take note] from 3 years ago msg me and we had a date planned, but I cancelled on her because I heard she bange 3 people I know and that turns me off.

She's messaging me atm but i'm ignoring her.

I agree that I should probably forget about her. But she actually is a really good GF quality type woman. Not the typical slutty basic unhealthy woman you meet. That's why I want to see if in the future I can rekindle things.

And the reason I said "elevate to her level" is because I haven't been my best version of my self the last year in terms of how hard I focus on self improvement and other things.

I haven't been pushing myself hard constantly like I did in the past. That's what I meant. Get to her level, because she's currently working hard in various aspects of her life like I was.

I just haven't been working as hard as I should be in certain aspects of my life.

But I appreciate the input and I understand what you mean.

And I feel inferior because of certain bad habits like drugs that have been hard for me to kick completely. It's not that I think my personality isn't good enough for her or that i'm not alpha enough for her.

I just have to get my shit together and I'm aware of that. That I'm not as awesome as I was in the past like when I finished my second run of AM and was pushing my self hard in every aspect of life. socializing, gym, work.

Day 69

Just came back from the dog park. Haven't been to the dog park in a long time. Have been bringing the dog out in private locations for the last year and was very introverted.

However, I noticed my spark for human connection, socializing and extrovertedness has came out again dramatically.

Today at the dog park I felt exactly how I did while on Woman magnet after having finished AM v6.

I felt very happy and good interacting with this mom at the dog park, age 33, with her daughter there.

She was kinda cute but not hot by societys standards or means. But something about her was attracting regardless, I guess the femininity..

I am so happy I decided to go to the dog park again, I actually felt like I wanted to stay there all day and go every day again, And i will.

I used to go to the dog park every day and I met so many woman there and I have great results at the dog park interacting with older women because they are easier to talk to then younger women imo.

They have better conversation skills and less EGO.


But anyways, I'm super stoked. I suffered from serious depression and social anxiety last summer and HATED socializing with people, hated the idea of going to dog park (even though it was my favorite thing to do in the world before)

I feel really good right now and can't wait to go to dog park tomorrow.



DMSI has been an interesting experience so far. I have a stong level of masculinity yet I'm able to converse like I did while on Woman Magnet, without the femininity that woman magnet brought upon me.

I'm looking forward to this spring and summer. I feel more confident and higher self esteem then in the past too at the dog park. I feel better then I ever have. Just need to maintain this and keep it up.

I also have no desire to smoke weed or do bad things anymore. The depression and social anxiety that I had was crippling to me but now I feel unbelievable.

I feel like the healing has really started to take strong effect as of late.

I no longer have feelings of jealousy, sensitivity, fear, guilt, shame regarding women, myself, and when interacting with others.

I no longer get upset about things that I have no control over.

I no longer take rejection personally. I also am not emotionally upset about Vegan 3 anymore.

I still want to try to get with her in the future but I have no feelings of sadness or depression regarding the subject. I also have strong visions and visualizations of me and her together in the future.

It's like I'm looking into the future and seeing a reality that is already happening, almost the same thing as looking into the past.

It's hard to explain.

I feel great about myself now. I have no resistiance when it comes to things like going to the gym, or dog park. I just do it.

I also have much less ego, i'm not working out because I feel inferior or ashamed about my body.

I haven't felt this healed ever in my life. Although I felt very similar after finishing AM v6 and AM 5.0 (2 runs of am in a row)

I had a shitload of fear in the past.

And I found out im going to jail for weekends only (aka I'm not in jail during the week, but i'm in jail on weekends) And I have no fear about it.


Going to jail was one of the things that caused me the most fear and anxiety the last two years but now I don't worry about it.

There is only one thing I fear about right now and it's not related to women, or socializing. It's work related.

I feel better then I ever have. I felt like DMSI had been plateuing the last month but I was wrong.

I also hadn't quit smoking weed like I said I would. But I haven't smoked in a week.

Perhaps that's also why I feel better and DMSI is taking stronger effect.

I don't really feel the aura of DMSI however. I have almost zero situations where I feel like it was the aura working.


I have had these situations happen to me in previous versions of DMSI but not this one.

Once just by looking at a cashier female her entire face got red immediately.

I haven't noticed anything like that lately. But I still get indicators of interest on the regular. Just nothing overly crazy that indicates an aura taking effect.

I'm looking for work at another restaurant. I am interested to see if anything happens this time around. Except this time around I'm going to try my best to not shit where I eat and not chase any chicks or make any effort at all.

I don't want to become infatuated by a coworker like last time. Because it makes my work experience way more stressful.

Just went to the store and saw this beautiful asian young women with hey boyfriend. She immediately starts looking at me constantly, checking me out.

She also leaves the grocery line up that she is in with her bf and starts standing next to me in the line up that i'm in. (FOR NO APPARENT REASON) She looked like she was in a daze and didnt even realize what shes doing.

She had no reason to leave her boyfriend with the grocerys and come stand next to me.

She checked me out allot even her boyfriend started to notice.

It was so blatant and obvious its hilarious.

Another women also gave me smiles on the way into the store and out from the store. I had opportunities to talk to her but I decided not too for some reason.

Cool man, that's definitely it (part of it?). I've had trouble holding EC throughout my life as well but today I had no anxiety (except for some slight bits at times) and held good EC with everyone.
