DMSI 3.1

I've never had to take anything for allergies in the past but I've had significant congestion the past three days. It's seriously fing with my DMSI voice. I usually only get about a day of stuffiness in the spring the first time I cut grass then it's over. Still been getting some DMSI results though. Same 8/10 18 year old told a group of women I make her nervous in a good way so that I could obviously hear her.

Day 16 - I have felt off ever since I ran the hybrid loops on day 13. They must have drummed up some resistance. My IDGAF attitude has been nowhere near as strong and my overall mojo is off. May be a little better today but nowhere near what it was day 4-12. Allergies are nearly gone today. Doubt I'll be mixing in the hybrid loops again anytime soon.

Day 17 - Its weird but the last two days everywhere I go no hotties anywhere. I even went out looking last night and today which I usually don't do. The last couple nights I have been listening to loops at night during sleep since GF has been out of town. It bugs me I can't do that all the time since normally I have to listen on my phone instead of quality speakers. Oh well, I guess so is life.

So far DMSI results seem to be directly and strongly correlated with a IDGAF attitude. When IDGAF is present I get more frequent ioi's, multiple girls I find attractive have touched me in flirting ways and GF goes out of her way to get my attention (cooking, cleaning, pleasant mood, available for sex, etc). Days I give a f***, anxiety is present and all of the above fades significantly if not completely away.

Day 19 - Kind of a ho hum day. IDGAF seems to be hinting at coming back but not strong enough to drum up ioi's.

Day 20 - Felt good today. Great mental clarity. Very horny but no good chances for IOI's as I wasn't around any hotties. GF was very pleasant this evening despite members of her immediate family acting childish and causing her stress. At times in the past she would take their bad behavior out on me then I would understandably get pissed and blow up on her. Since I have begun running DMSI's 4 months ago this has not occurred. Even though it's not the primary goal of the sub DMSI has helped our relationship more than anything or any other sub I've used.

Day 21 - My IDGAF is back and fairly strong this afternoon but anxiety was high this morning. I'm not normally a high anxiety person at all. I've done everything I can think of to get it back to normal. I've tried running my loops at night instead of morning. Moving my morning workouts to the evening. No help whatsoever. Hopefully it's just a phase. I seem to be fine in the afternoon.

Day 22 - Worked out this morning. I just can't stick to afternoon workouts. I had a great workout and no anxiety this morning but this afternoon it was back with with a vengeance. It must be my subconscious working through some healing idk. I've never been an anxious person really ever before and have nothing to be consciously anxious about. It is derailing DMSI results though. Once the anxiety creeps in I go straight from IOI's to getting ghosted by the same chicks. I'm banking on it being healing I need to work through and am just going to keep plugging away with A. I wanted to switch to B at 32 days but am no where near executing the script at present time.

Day - 23 - Anxiety was down today. Almost non existent. The 8/10 19 y/o girl Amber who is friends with my GF and I had the dream about pulled me aside today and says the owner is in a horrible mood today and his main assist was as well. All the women at work think those two hook up on the side. No one knows for sure though. Allie says to me she (the assistant) must not be giving him (the boss) any and laughs. I say, "They both must have too much pent up energy". She then puts her hand on my shoulder, smiles and says, "everyone needs some ass now and then" still smiling. If I'm not mistaken that's a blatant open door, if not proposition.

I could have more lines ready for sure. The vibe I got though was "her ass is now on the table for me whenever I need to release some tension". Even though her and my gf no longer see each other regularly I really don't want to screw up what I have over her. She's hot but my gf is hotter. That being said if I think she will keep it on the down low I'm all in.

Day 24 - Today Abby (6/10 from day 8) tells me another 6/10 Talia talks excessively about me whenever she drinks. Abby said she even has been doing it in front of her husband and that it's uncomfortable because of how much she has recently been going on and on about me regardless of who is around. I found that interesting from a DMSI perspective. I have no sexual interest in Talia. Too chubby for me just like Abby. Another reason I found this interesting is because Amber can't stand Talia. Talia has already been dropping hints to me and I can see her wanting to be physical with me just to spite Talia. Amber and Talia are both catty with Corrie who I talked about on day 5 and has dropped ioi's several times. This may be shaping up to be a three or four way cat fight for my attention if DMSI keeps building. I plan to just sit back and enjoy the show. I'm getting regular great sex with my gf who is hotter than all four so no big deal either way. I wouldn't mind a go with Corrie or Amber though. Despite all the attention from girls 6/10-8/10 no girls hotter than my gf have made any moves. It will be interesting to see if and when the 9 and 10's join in on the action.

Day 25 - Just hung out at the house today. Took care of a few odds and ends. GF cooked me two meals and we had sex twice. Solid day. She took care of my every need.

The GF and I did have a conversation about DMSI and subs in general. I mentioned I had been running DMSI but that I was careful to never expose her to it which at times is inconvenient. I prefer to run the sub during sleep but I have to run it during work when she sleeps over. She didn't have a bad attitude about the sub but everything I was saying was falling on deaf ears. She made the comment I can run the sub whenever I want and not to worry about her. Obviously she said this because she has no concept they could possibly work. I tried to point out how much better our relationship is now then in the past. She agreed things are great now but the idea a sub could even be partially responsible was met with as much acceptance as if I tried to convince her I was born on Mars or something. I just laughed and moved on. It really doesn't matter if she believes or not.

Knowing what we know, from reading this forum and from our own personal experience, the word "Subliminal" has a much deeper and profound meaning. When we mention the word subliminal to others, it doesn't carry the same weight to them as it does to us. I can't really find a way to pass on what I know about subs to others in a way that's convincing to them. I sound like I'm selling snake oil to some people, and others believe it can work but don't believe in how effective Shannon's subliminals are.

One day, they'll all know what I was talking about "Back in the day", once these subs become a household name XD

Day 26 - GF prepared a delicious dinner for me this evening. Steak, sauteed​ vegetables, and sweet potatoes. Then a smoothie for desert. Allie came up behind me earlier in the day, gave me a shoulder rub for a few seconds then we chatted/flirted for a few minutes. Nothing noteworthy there but very enjoyable.

I have been back to reading fiction lately. "Tarzan Alive" by Philip Jose Farmer. Just finished "Venus on the half shell" also by Farmer. Whenever I read fiction however I feel guilty. Even though I read 80% nonfiction educational in nature I still get the sense I'm wasting time reading fiction.

Day 27 - I am going to try to stick to my goal of daily posting. I have mostly stuck to that since MHS but regardless of whether anything DMSI related happens or not during the day I will still be posting. Obviously DMSI will take precedence if nothing happens DMSI related I will be talking about whatever.

After all the talk of porn, edging, masturbation, etc I've decided to give it all up at least for the time being. I'm now on day 7 without any of it. I have had sex with my GF several times. I haven't noticed much of a difference but I feel good about it.
