Let me say something here, first of all heavysm you NEVER have asked me how I felt when I FIRST got MY rejuvenizer 25 ago... Yer comparing apples to comquats, how do you KNOW how sensitive I AM OR NOT? I DID FEEL IT with in seconds of putting my rejuveninzer on and YES I REMEMBER that moment,I'd already gotten some clearings directly from and with Phyllis in person I Might add,something she NO longer does, by the time the rejuvenizer's came out 6 months later.... so YES I MOST defintley and senstive to energies and the rejuvenizer's as well... where I agree wth heavysm Cat-women is that long term effects far out weight NOT having a rejuvenizer. At some point you'll quanum get it,so to speak.... its like working out at the gym but you've never been or its been ages and yer outta shape and in the first 4 to 6 weeks it hurts like hell,why did I do this,why did I sign up for this B.S.? ect and then theres a point where your body quantum jumps,takes a leap and THEN YOU GET IT AND YOU FEEL grrrrrreat!.... Like Shannon says about E2,in this case both the rejuv' and E2 ...SUCCESS is enevitable.

to answer some of the questions...

1. Yes I smoke, but I am more of a "social" smoker. So I smoke when I am out with friends and drink coffee but rarely in other occasions. So far neither E2 or Rejuvenizer has decreased my smoking habits.

2. I got the Personal Rejuvenizer. I am not wearing it as a piece of jewelry. But I try to keep it within 3 feet of me whenever I can. I hold it in my pocket or in my purse mostly.

3. I didn`t say the Rejuvenizer doesn`t work. I merely said I can`t consciously feel or see it working.

Conclusion: what a boring journal

It's okay. We're all just waiting for the breakdowns. A movie with the major action scenes at the beginning makes the end scene less impressive.

Conclusion: what a boring journal

Here's a set and forget solution that might help you...

Put your Rejuvenizer on a recent picture of yourself (1 - 2 years is fine, i believe). That way you don't have to carry it around with you everywhere AND you still get the same effects over time.

Some users will be far more sensitive to it than others, but I'm convinced the long term effects far outweigh not having it at all.

I think ncbeareatingman and I are pretty sensitive to it (I'm even a bit more sensitive than he is, which is why i felt it so strongly so quickly) but everyone is different.

It's a combination of E 2, the rejuvenizer, and a few other things I'm doing that are really starting to kick my life into gear. I really hope the Rejuvenizer and E 2 start to shift things up for you (in a good way, of course ).

Day 40

Okay so I figured I was due for another update. The last time I wrote here I was on day 12. Now I am on day 40 of E2. It should have been 43 days so far but I was on a business trip in Latvia so I missed 3 days.

I don`t have any mind blowing results to report. The improvement I am feeling the most is not dwelling on stuff anymore. Especially in my job. Much less stress even when it is stressful. Not worrying anymore "how am I gonna get this done" and more of "I will find a way somehow". I reported this feeling once before in my journal, but I wasn`t sure if I was imagining it or it was really E2. But now I am sure.

The dwelling is not completely erased. I can feel I still dwell on some stuff in the relationship area (friends/family).

I was thinking E2 would help me in healing procrastination. Nothing so far in this area. But I have seen others report their motivation goes down on E2...Well actually now that I think of it, I did buy 2 books on how to be productive so I guess that`s an improvement. Cause I haven`t bought a book in ages. But I suspect I actually have a fear of success. So I am hoping E2 will heal that. Fingers crossed

Also, I have serious issues with my dad and was REALLY hoping it would do some healing there too. Nothing so far. I still get annoyed after just 1 minute of talking to him. I don`t feel the need to have a relationship with my dad. Just talking to him without thinking "when is this conversation gonna end so I can leave" would be great.

I know some people have been feeling depressed. In 40 days of E2 I had none of that. Days when I was easily irritated yes, depressed no. But I even when I was irritated it was like 2 days out of 40. So irritation is resistance? I am still new at this Because other than that, I can`t even pinpoint and say "oh yeah, I felt resistance when xy"

I also noticed a friend of mine is hugging me more often in the last month whereas she didn`t before. I have met her like a year ago so she is a "new" friend. I also feel that my resentment and lets say attachment towards an old friend (we used to be best friends) has decreased which is great. It`s like I am seeing her more clearly now, how she really is, a human who is not perfect.

Also...this is quite random. I noticed I shopped for a quite a lot of dresses lately. Not that I don`t wear dresses at all, I do but not as much. And I noticed some guy wrote how E2 is helping them express their natural masculinity. So maaaybe the dress thing is a way for me to express more my femininity? Or maybe it`s just a coincidence

Yes, I remember reading someone`s E2 journal and thinking how we are in a similar situation regarding our family. It must have been your journal It was like your wrote what I was thinking. And I am also thinking of running LTU after E2

Remember that E2 works on the "ball of yarn" model. It starts unravelling the issues at the point of best opportunity, and then unravels them at the pace you can best handle.

Some of the "yarns" it is unravelling may go very deep into the ball, if they deal with things you've been facing for many years. Some of them may not even be accessible to begin unravelling until other layers of the ball have been unravelled first.
