in the context of the above article, it is a known fact that sleep enhances learning and sleeping on it is usually a known practice.
how does it help listening to a sub while being asleep and on waking up doing one's regular activities as usual. The mind gets no rest to sleep on it and imbibe the learning.

without rest and recuperation free of any stimuli, how will the learning get into the mind and how effectively.
so is it a good idea to sleep with the subs on.
