I'm angry and pissed, some small depression and anxious and headache.
God dammit, come too me success.

Give seven loops a try after you have done your first eight days and two day intermission if this does not go away. It might do the trick, similar to what several people reported with low and high numbers of loops on DMSI.

RE: Ryu - USLM - THolt - 08-02-2018

I also am struggling with feelings of fear (Fear of success) and guilt. I wonder if I should switch to seven loops of just wait another week at one loop and then switch.

RE: Ryu - USLM - Raz - 08-02-2018

For what it's worth, I am running with the high loop numbers and haven't felt the slightest bit of fear, shame or guilt since starting. Got a bit aggravated after waking up today, which dissipated after half an hour. Also feeling a bit more tired in the morning, which could be the normal getting used to a new sub or simply the baking heat at the moment.

Got free food from a bakery yesterday. A first for me.

Anyway, I thought I would be prone to resistance. Especially with regard to success. But I am fine for now.

RE: Ryu - USLM - Ryu - 08-02-2018

Raz, do you run USLM?
How many loops you say?

THolt I hope resistance will pass soon.
Maybe high loop is better Hm hard too say.

I am considering switching to higher loops. This morning I feel uncomfortable along with a fear of success. The program is doing something but it’s clear I have some resistance to the program.

Yes, I am giving US/LM a testdrive right now. Since I am not exactly following the rules at the moment, I am not journaling about it. It'd be uncool to publicly set a bad example on this forum I guess. I am doing 14+ loops a day right now. As soon as Shannon releases UM/OP I'll be switching over.

RE: Ryu - USLM - Ryu - 08-02-2018

Raz, How is your energy level after that many loops ?
Did you start with B side?

Yes, I run version B.
My energy levels are absolutely great. Sleep on US/LM is really good. That alone is a big contrast to all other 5.5Gs I ran so far.

I can relate to the points Shannon just wrote in THolts journal. Except for motivation, which is as absent as ever Tongue

RE: Ryu - USLM - Shannon - 08-02-2018

You will probanly burn out soon doing that many loops. Energy is great until you crash. Need to drop the number of loops a day. 14 is too much.

@Shannon
Have you determined the optimum number of loops via your experiment? I am going to continue doing one loop a day for the time being

I determined what happens when you overload with it. 1 or 7 is still considered optimal.

I have no intention (or time, fortunately) to keep this up. It's over as of now Wink

Still nothing, resistance is high, probably the hardest sub I've tried.
