Hi Shannon i always sit at my computer desktop and use headphones i bought headphones that can handle the 20000khz without noise cancelling specifically for the subs use so its not just through speakers but im using headphones with trickling stream hybrid but i will reduce it to 50% for my final night and see how it goes tonight, after the break you mentioned using ocean surf so i will do that and do a full cycle at 75% then drop to 50%

Is there a specific volume meter you would recommend to try and get comparable levels when using desktop speakers with vlc?

What is it with noise cancellation headphones I've been around. I have a DJ headphones, does it REALLY matter what kind of headphones you use, even though you can hear clearly. Thanks

In your shoes I would have used AM6 to get rid of the victim mentality because I see you looking outside for people to make decisions for you and be responsible for your life. AM6 should change that.

Hi AriGold

1) None, the longest I have been on a sub is this one. Prior to this I would use a sub and then since it was told to me that I am stonewalling and a more powerful sub is needed I would change to another sub, to forgo the money back and in the hope of executing. The only sub I got a refund for if I recall correctly was the first version of the MLS 5.5, before it was corrected and re-released. I was then on DMSI 3.2 where I was told it would work on healing and clearing like a sledgehammer compared to E2.

On E2 I was becoming lazy which was further compounding my lack of action IRL, and thus I had to move fast. Now with FRM I still havent seen the results, so as Shannon has said to someone else I think it was Josh, perhaps 3 months are still needed or longer so it is what it is and as this UMOP and USLM are more catered for my needs ill remain on these subs and follow the instructions and hope I execute soon. Fingers crossed!

2) Thank you for helping. The travel isnt the reason, its an issue but the reason I procrastinate when it comes to studying has been the case since I was 18 or maybe even before then. With other goals, I have usually started off with much enthusiasm only to lose that drive. According so some behaviour experts in the world, this means we use our short lived will power to get started but motivation is a slow and steady long drive that keeps you going. I seem to perhaps have that in tiny amounts at the start too.

I know one habit of mine or one key issue I have self-analysed is to be easily disturbed from my goals or distracted when an obstacle comes my way but thats when I get started on a goal. At other times when im on a goal sometimes I am in that zone and get moving. So its up and down.

Another issue is I dont say no to my friends or family. To family it becomes a big issue and an argument, and to friends its sometimes seen as being unsociable, unfriendly, etc. I can and do say no but I try to be polite otherwise I end up being distracted and though i feel I need to be more self-centred and focused on me, its then I end up being alone and procrastinating.

Poor diet is an issue ive fixed in the past to terrible side effects which I havent been able to as yet but working on fixing this xmas break - so the lack of energy leads to procrastination too.

However the excuses I have come to use for not being able to use the subs consistently whenever I have not been able to, have been due to my insomnia, or at times an active social life having been back at uni, or indeed my procrastination itself causing me not to want to get to bed early. I also have self sabotage too for sure!

Noise cancelling headphones work by introducing an anti-wave (reverse peak sine wave of the sounds surrounding you, as picked up by a microphone on the outside of the headphones). This alters the audio you hear, and potentially includes some of the audio from what is being created by the speakers in the headphones.

We don't know how that affects the subliminal. And therein lies the rub. Is it altering it? Damaging it? Degrading it? We don't know.

On another side, anyone else having trouble sleeping at night since starting the sub ? Last night I slept only 4 hours !

I had trouble sleeping for the first 10 days or so, but meanwhile it's gotten better.

Second time starting the 2 days break today - and I actually feel like it's a pity I'm having to take a break... Guess it's a good sign Smile

I find myself wanting to move to a more populous area, like near a major university. Its only 30mi away from me, but it would raise my expenses a good $300-400 month.

Also, had a rage episode the other day. Boy was I mad at my dad for not being a masculine man and doing what I needed him to do when I was much younger. I get angry at him a lot for not being more assertive in his own life. But all I can do is just let it be and move on.

Yeah, I was mad at my dad for same stuff when I was on DMSI and UMOP.

But ever since I am came on USLM I am like "He did what he could according to his capacity"

Wow Man you're all DMSI users are rocks!

My unique experience is I could make different 'personality' for different situation, it's almost similar to BASE MultiAura (or what it's called I forgot lol), and it gives me MUCH advantage in socializing or public speaking.

Oh and yeah, zero anxiety, zero, nill, zilch. I'm not talking about approach anxiety though, I couldn't care less about that stuff, not a pussy chaser, sorry.

Could you explain more regarding aura in my experience above @Shannon ?

Hi Shannon, i got frequensee on the phone then went into settings to adjust the volume but on my htc its a sliding bar so there isnt 12-15 seperate things to increase decrease by.

So my best option would be 100/15 =6.66*12=79.92 so 80. So on my vlc media player through my computer maybe 80% volume is a good volume to try through hybrid ocean surf when i start my 3rd cycle on sunday?

Since there is no way for me to get 12 on my phone like you mention that im aware of thats the best i can come up with to try.

Unless you have a different opinion?
