DSMI 3.2... Just Saiyan - Just Saiyan - 02-25-2018
Hi,
I'm new here. I started with 3.1A and ran it for about 2 weeks before it was announced that 3.2 was coming.
Some history. I was depressed and very low energy for a long time. The things that helped most were tapping and some other energy techniques. I found that I have a major energy blockage in a central channel running up my body, with the main blockage in my third eye/pineal area. I have tried several techniques and healing methods to heal this and get energy flowing. A few times I have had amazing experiences where the blockage started flowing and my whole experience of life changed, but every time, things eventually got clogged up again. I can feel pressure in my forehead pretty much all the time and whenever I do something energy related it flares up even more. It feels like this is a major blockage that is preventing me from progressing in every area of my life. What sold me on DMSI, besides the awesome goals, is the healing aspect.
For a couple of years before starting 3.1, I was able to eat 2 healthy meals a day with intermittent fasting and hardly ever feeling really hungry or craving junk. I lost about 60+ lbs. Since starting 3.1 I have been super hungry and craving junk and many days eating what seems like twice what I was before. One day a couple of weeks ago I was eating a bunch of chocolate and other junk. The next day I got flu like symptoms and felt like throwing up and I assumed it was my body rejecting the food I was eating. Interestingly, the day I felt like throwing up was the day Shannon added the bulimia prevention program. I've probably gained at least 10 lbs since starting 3.1 in early January.
On 3.1, I felt some energy shifting in the forehead area, but nothing more that I can achieve by consciously trying to heal/ move the energy, which isn't much.
Day 1 on 3.2 I felt some more shifting in the blockage in my head and some pressure and heat in my heart/chest. Afterwards, I noticed my heart was pounding so i checked my heart rate at ~100 bpm. I don't know what it is normally lately, but its not that high! That night, I had a dream about saying some things to someone that I really need to say and resolving some long standing issues between us in a very emotional way.
Day 2, some shifting in the forehead blockage and some more in the chest maybe a bit less than happened on day 1.
HR after was 90+bpm. That night, another vivid dream but I don't remeber it as well.
Day 3, More energy shifting in the forehead and chest. It felt like a bit of energy was flowing up the central channel through my body, but it is still really blocked in the head area.
I've also been really tired since starting 3.2, but I have been working hard and haven't been getting enough sleep so that probably would account for it.
I had major urges to masturbate and watch porn after starting 3.1 which seem to have gone away since starting 3.2.

Night after Day 3- Several vivid dreams
Day 4 - still intense energy feelings in head/chest during listening but didn't feel like as much movement/ shifting in those areas. HR ~ 90bpm after listening. Don't remember any dreams that night.
Still tired. Still ravenously hungry and craving junk. No desire for porn/masturbation.
