yeah thats what I was thinking and this is my first dmsi and also the first sub thats ever worked or seemed to have worked on me. so cant wait to see where it takes me now, but unsure if track A is what ill need or not.

Well Its has almost all the latest tech ofc.

Aside from that It has Subs like ARA, DRA and ofc then there is NoFap in it along with No-Procastination.

Also I have been thinking for a long time to give AM6 a try but tbh I don't think I don't have that level of discipline to run one sub that long. But with DMSI 3.2 I can do that.

Also If u r Successful in life and shit then u have more chances of getting laid if u want to,cause all that achievement act as a catalyst. So I think DMSI pushes users to work towards themselves... Was hoping than now is the time I start doing something. I did achieve few goals with MLS-5.5G and MHS-5.5G now I think its time I give DMSI3.2 a give.. Been hearing its name for like a YEAR..

I think AM6 must be outdated now with all the old tech in it and DMSI is the latest tech as you said.

Also the 1 thing that is working for alot of the users (correct me if im wrong) seems to be the no-fapping.

Ofcourse there are those that are getting IOIs from girls but it seems to be the younger more youthful members and at that age the boys and girls are gnna do more of that more easily than when they get older perhaps but what is clear seems to be the no fap most of all and for some the no porn and others the reduced porn watching.

I havent myself got anything else from it as yet but im hoping the no fap is DMSI cos then im not stonewalling anymore!!! Smile what do you think?

If u are Not fapping and reduced ur porn intake then it means that indeed the wall is working and it's only a matter of time before other stuff kicks. But since this "B" side I guess there will be alot of issues u r gonna face like which we either didn't deal with in past or simply numbed ourself..

Also I have read many NoFap reports on reddit what I have seen after 2-4 weeks on nofap their old negative emotions starts coming to surface. But I guess in case of DMSI it will be different.

Someone here mention that version "A" will be like Long - Road. It might be time taking cause it will have healing and clearing in it. Some people are gonna need it. But it's still gonna help u achieve goals.

Day 9 - Update 2

Time: 5.06pm

I havent listened to DMSI for today yet, thats 9pm for me daily.

However im feeling very restless, very uneasy and unrelaxed.

I cant seem to feel relaxed, I feel as if my mind is spinning/charged even though I dont have any thoughts that I can sense from all this.

Not sure if its stress of procrastination or DMSI.

Day 9 - Update 3

Time: 8.13pm

Remember the restless feeling? Well I then felt more tension at the back of my head, just bordering near to becoming a headache.

I have done very little today (though I had planned to do more) and mostly have been sat alone in my apartment at my desk on my computer, either here, Youtube or on the pornchat site waiting to see if the girl returned to chat, and so far since her reply of last night no she hasnt.

I therefore ate and took some painkillers and now feel better and a little relaxed.

Im going to go have a shower and then come back and listen to the loop for today.

I dont know why I had the tension or almost a headache and not sure if this is due to DMSI or something completely different.

I also have been hard and feeling aroused/horny but havent fapped. Again not sure if its DMSI, or my desire to not fap as im really hoping DMSI is working on me so no way to know yet.

Fapping would be good though but instead im going to go have my shower now...brb later for any further updates.

This is just a theory but I think since u r not fapping and not watching that much porn I think ur subconscious is making u feel uncomfortable as the wall cannot be broken. Sometimes I think "B" is the best version for u. But I guess we r gonna find out in next 20 days.

Have u ever experienced this before? Or something similar

Have I experienced where I am not fapping? I have avoided fapping before but when im here in my own apartment then I usually do end up fapping after a week.

I avoid fapping easily when im around family in the UK as its harder to fap and sometimes im busy or distracted but I obviously end u fapping eventually but now that you ask and im thinking I think this is the wall cos why not just get fapping.

I know fapping would ease my tension alot lol

Day 9 - Update 4

Time: 11.04pm

Listening to DMSI loop for today. Also at the same time eating toast again this time with cheese.

My diet is totally screwed up. Im eating alot, im eating bad stuff and I cant seem to stop it.

I have some tension again in my head, this time somewhere inside the centre of the head rather than the back as I had earlier today.

Nothing else to report except that ive had my shower, and feel like I should sleep soon which I will.

I have been waiting for pornchat girl to get on and respond but nothing as yet and I dont like this almost obsessive behaviour I seem to have towards her. For all I know she could be ugly or a guy.

That being said, the thrill of the chase and the attention is good.

The diet and tension isnt good though and whilst eating I was making alot of noise in my mouth to my ears but doubt that will disturb the loop too much.

ive had a very lazy very boring very unproductive day today. Ive been procrastinating more than I should and more than I thought I would on life itself and besides some minor chores i just sit and come to my computer.

Hope this is something to do with dmsi, but no idea what.

Day 10 - Update 1 (Monday 5th March 2018)

Time: 3.26pm

Feel better than yesterday so far. Yesterday felt so stressed/tension in the head and unrelaxed. Today feel good and not so angst.

I woke around mid-day/noon/ 12pm, have eaten breakfast and was messaging pornchat girl before coming here.

Today is no uni day so will try and fix myself up and not procrastinate even though my plan isnt to study :/ lol but to do chores around the apartment or my stuff to plan for the week of uni.


So what happened with the pornchat girl?
well she kept logging on and off. so we didnt really get to chatting properly. She said she may talk to me on her way home from work if she can in her car which im doubting. She said she will download an app so we can text each other without swapping numbers but she isnt rushing to do that so im not holding out much for her now.

I have replied to her and added some messages for her to reply on the pornsite chat we be using but other than that, theres nothing else to report.

I havent fapped and its now 10days. I do still go to porn sites but im not watching any porn unless im curious which is if theres a celeb porn but even then im not neccessarily eager to fap.

I did however feel the urge to fap yesterday and this morning but even im curious as to how long I dont and whether this is DMSI. I hope there is some benefit from not fapping, I know many claim so many different things and honestly as long as I become a better lover then thats all that counts in that trouser department lol

That being said, I am now going to try and reduce my caffeine intake. I only drink coke zero or tea and hardly any water. From now I wil try to just drink water or green tea and reduce said caffeine both for health but also for DMSI to work more.

I will listen to DMSI's loop of today later around 9pm as usual but I need to now shift it earlier so that I can also get back on track with fixing my sleep.

If you have been reading my journal from the start you will know I have to fix my sleep and get 9hrs sleep again both for health/uni and also DMSI.

For this I must sleep eventually by 8pm and wake at 5.30-6am.

I also want to fix my diet too and get exercising again. All of these were goals from 1st year, 2 years ago so dont for a moment think this is DMSI cos I know its not but what is DMSI is what im hoping to see soon.

I have also been thinking about Track A. I know track A has everything of track B, including the self esteem and anti-procrastination and the wall but it also has the healing and clearing so makes logical sense to me to move to that for the added healing and cleaning up which can only help speed up my results I hope.

I need clear definite evidence that DMSI is working and that im not stonewalling. So far the no fap seems to be an indication but its not enough as I have had days and weeks of no fapping since being here in uni.

I cannot be sure but I think I have not fapped maybe for 1week, 2 weeks or maximum 4weeks since being in uni.

Prior to that my ultimate record that I remember was 6months and that was because of a oneitis I had to 1 girl I was always chatting to on the phone who I thought I would honour by holding back until we fucked.

We didnt get to the fucking stage as she was too into her ex and I met her long after having attracted her so past her boiling point as such.

Which makes me think that some getting success from DMSI are handsome attractive guys such as the member roaring lion so since I know im not at all attractive to the opposite sex, due to being overweight, an older mature student at uni and hair loss....then im eager to see how DMSI fixes me up or works for me.

So far no fapping is not an indication to me but I have nothing else to do but hope and continue that 1 day will cause me to leap from success to success eventually hoping that the next leap will be the leap home...
