You're asking me what percentage of red is redder if we have more red than we have now. There's no way to answer. I have said this before several times already, but I will say it again:

DMSI will do what it takes to get you to the finish line, provided you execute the script.

A side will try to actively and gently clear and heal those issues that block you, and may take longer. B side will leave that job up to the Optimus Engine, which will achieve the goal by whatever means are most expedient. They will both get you past that barrier if you need H&C to do it; it's not a matter of which one is "more effective", but of which one is more suitable for your personality type.

Listened to loop earlier. Mildly tired during.
Drinking coke zero and feeling better, refreshed and hungry.

Not in the mood to sleep or go to bed even though all day I was exhausted.

No desire to fap or look at porn even though I have gone to pornsite and fav some more random porn.

Nothing else to report.

Not listened to loop yet, but will later tonight.
Ordered food and they deliver so waiting on that.

In mean time, I went to uni today and in class, I was in my mind saying "execute the script".
I was willing it and trying to execute so that something would happen.

Nothing happened lol

results so far:
20days of NO FAP
today the desire for porn, even going on the porn website has reduced. I can feel im not too bothered about that site or the pornchat girl, whose reply I am still waiting for and im still leaving the site open in a browser tab but im not fussed about the porn any more.

I have become more conscious of my hair loss and my weight Sad

A girl in class filmed me walking into class late and sent it to me on snapchat as it was funny to her. Shes a good friend so no malice intent at all but I didnt like seeing myself. I looked worse than even I imagined I did or do Sad

1) Not feeling as tired as usual. No idea if its the coca cola zero or if its DMSI.

Anyone know, if not feeling as tired is a good thing?

2) Pornchat girl had come on few hours ago, read my messages but didnt reply.
Not gnna message now anyway and will wait and see.

Day 21 - Update 2 - (2.6) - Fri 16th March 2018
Time: 12.35am on Saturday 17th March
Just finished listening to todays loop.

Dont feel tired or sleepy from listening today. No idea if that is a good thing or not so will ask Shannon.
Last thing I want is to go backwards and resist even though im sure im not stonewalling this sub.

No fap for 21days. Desire to fap as well as porn has reduced. I do go to porn site still but more so to see if pornchat girl had replied.

Tinder girl I found today spoke to me on the phone, and though her english isnt fluent we still managed to understand each other but I dont think shes the sexual open minded type, as she joined simply to meet new people - whatever the heck that means but anyway i dont care shes female and human and so will see where it goes if anywhere.

Also havent really mentioned this ever but it may be relevant no idea so here goes:
At uni I have 2 crazy bitch ass teachers. before anyone asks no they are not attractive which makes it worse but anyway theyve made me super stressed since uni started 5 weeks ago.

I have managed to get around the system (my friend has done the same using his own personal issues as an excuse, as I have) and so now I have a more relaxed week due to

A) not being in the same class as them
B) have Monday and Tuesdays off completely. - my friend and I discussed whether its worth getting friday off too, which would mean an even longer weekend - possible so will see not next week but the week after.

All in all this means, less stress and perhaps less resistance to the sub (just a theory) but also more time to relax, recharge and focus on those things that matter now, which are:

1) Finally start backing up my phone and laptop (only a few MBs and GBs left respectively)
2) Read some literature/course on procrastination that was kindly sent to me by a fellow member that can hopefully help me. I havent been able to start due to being overwhelmed daily (yes daily due to the super bitches from the underworld)
3) Focus on wrapping up the study skills research. I know Zane said allow that and I want to but I just want to wrap it up as I have all these websites/YT vids open in tabs that may have 1 or 2 more nuggets of gold.
(at the end ill share something that I only just realised from all this research regarding the SQ4R technique).
4) Focus on getting my routine established again for proper and good sleep.
5) Focus on nailing my diet, if I dont get to nail a girl atleast with DMSI I get to nail something lol
6) Focus on planning and doing studying now.

Honestly I cant express how relaxing having less stress feels.

Now below follows what I learnt from SQ3R and it may help others however if you dont want to know then you can leave now as the journal was mostly above. thanks.

SQ4R: This is a textbook reading strategy I have known about for years and years.
Only yesterday I found out that you dont actually do the first steps on the whole chapter of a book/manual but rather you do the S (survey) on the chapter but Q (questions) on a paragraph and then R (read - slow, diligence & purposeful to answer the questions formulated and to reflect) R (Recite or reflect) and R (Reflect or recite) and note making on this before moving on to the next paragraph.

At the end of the chapter you can then do the R (REVIEW) which is self testing.

I wish someone had explained this but thats why I have been researching and focusing on this to find the answers I need.

This textbook reading technique seems to make more sense to me. In the past I would find books boring and overwhelming because I would be focused on TIME, and trying to read and rush rather than read diligently and with a purpose and thats what youre actually supposed to do.

I only seemed to ever do this diligent reading when I crammed and only now has it dawned on me.

Day 22 - (2.7) - Saturday 17th March 2018

Time: 12.57am on Sunday 18th March 2018
Listening to the loop for sat 17th right now as I type.

Today I went to 2 hospitals due to burns on my leg.
At 1st hospital got seen by a young female doctor. Cute and friendly and witty and I took it as flirting but either way I tried to flirt back but didnt work.

As I left I did repeat "execute the script" in my head/mind but nothing was executed lol

In the 2nd hospital I became more conscious of my weight and hair loss - my self esteem must be going down due to this right. DMSI lift it bro!!

Anyway nothing else to report except still no fapping - so 22 days without fapping so far.

I have been listening to Hybrid at 7/15 volume. I have decided after reading shannon's journal that I will after 1 month try masked for 2 weeks and see if anything changes.

I feel still that I should and will stick to track B as its going to crash and burst through my barriers whereas track A may do it slower. Track A only appealed to me because it has the words "healing" and "clearing" but since B is more brutal may as well stick to it.

I felt sleepy around 19mins mark into listening to the loop.

Honestly wish there was alot more to report. I know that I am NOT stonewalling at all now I mean I could have fapped today but I didnt and havent for 22days without ever making a conscious effort or goal not to. This effect would be awesome if this was a no fap sub. This is exactly the effect I would want if it was a result that matched a focus fire sub such as I suddenly stop procrastinating on OP, or I suddenly become more motivated in the Motivation sub.

Hell if this level of effortless change was possible on MLS for me towards studying id be so happy.

yet this is DMSI, I havent as yet felt anything except not fapping, which of cos is huge because no other sub worked on me ever from IML before this so its a start but now seems like its a huge long road from fapping to achieving the goal of DMSI.

My reason I will repeat for listening to DMSI was never the goal of DMSI but to see if it was powerful enough to stop me from stonewalling so yes it is. I have so far successfully achieved 1 of its modules or goals which is not to fap. But there are like many many many other goals none of which are triggered.

So do I stay on DMSI going foward to break through my internal resistance or do I jump onto a focus sub when its released, if that focus sub is to end procrastination or to become more motivated in life?

#confused

Additional Info (1.36am): I feel like I have lost the drive and motivation to do anything except sleep and eat. I am eating alot but only because I dont eat properly, 3 or more meals a day so its kinda a cramming session with food too haha but im also not bothered to do anything. i just always feel as if there is still stress in my mind that needs to be released :/

You can interpret "executing subliminals" in a variety of ways, which is why we would not normally speak like that. The subconscious is literal, so if you said "executing DMSI", it would not do anything because there is not enough of the sentence for it to have clear understanding of what is meant.

"I now choose to willingly consciously and subconsciously execute all of the script of DMSI 3.2 B, and I do." is a much better choice.

I hope to say this in my mind anytime I feel there are women I find attractive around. I just have to remember to say it lol

I have started it too but rather than command the subconscious to "Execute the script" I say "I am executing the script", or words to that effect, I think it's better

Jake, Buddy u r doing great. Infact u should stick to "B" for as long as possible. "A" has only one thing extra and that is HC. If u can ant run "B" for 60 days and then "A" for another 60 days. Best of both worlds.

Also, Do u feel that ur stress and anxiety has been reduced somewhat? I mean do u think u r taking steps to avoid people who give u stress like one of ur uni teacher.?

Imagine where u would be after u have been on DMSI for like 1 year. I have seen people have changed alot who have been on DMSI for a year

My stress has reduced yes but only because ive managed to avoid the most strict teacher this year. The other teach also but she wants me to do any tests with her and not with another group. Yet its still better than nothing I guess.

Yes I mean I have taken steps to avoid these 2 teachers, but so far thats all not really sure if I can avoid people at uni without becoming a recluse, because those are the only social group and people I have whilst being at uni.

but are you suggesting this is all something to do with DMSI somehow?

I mean I have avoided these teachers but only because my friend in my group has been the one that has to avoid them due to personal reasons that conflict with the times those teachers have class, and he suggested I do the same (god bless him cos he was right) so ive managed to basically find excuses to miss their lessons and they agreed.

people that have been on DMSI have changed alot how bro?
