Positive thinking and attitude - Gudines - 02-10-2018
Hi, I'm testing out positive thinking 5,5g
Started this program today.
After only one hour listening, it feels like my thoughts are gone.
Like my mind is empty or quiet, this is kinda cool.
When ever I think bad or negative thoughts it instantly shut down or kills it or mask it.
not sure if this is placebo effect but it did something.
I have not been thinking many beautiful positive things yet but I think they will come too me soon ?

When I use it, it induces a sort of ethereal serenity in me that is difficult to consciously notice. I am generally a positive thinker regardless, but this program still has an effect.
For only using it for hours, though, you're getting good results.
