If we play the ocean or stream version tracks on the car speaker, will they work. I have a Toyota Corolla 2008 and this thought came into my mind that I should play the subliminals in my car via bluetooth.

Yes, you can run masked versions on any speaker. Car speakers have tweeters most of the time too. So if that's the case with yours, you could even play ultrasonic ones as well. Just do the speaker test before attempting that tho.
I found these speakers after a quick search. It says the frequency response is 30Hz-20kHz, which means they can run ultrasonic. Your car's could be different tho.
