If you can use your headphones then this is the best option.
Next would be some desktop speakers and masked track.
generally a lot of people use iphones, androids, macs, laptops to play subs. Just make sure they are stereo and your ok.

Plus stereo headphones that can play 20hz to 20,000hz frequencies
Buying it all brand new should cost you less than $50.
If u go to a pawn shop, you can get stuff even cheaper
