I had to look it up too...(turns out I knew the concept but not the english name for it) tho I´m not still sure if he is trolling or not.

Of course i'm not trolling! Creating your own tulpas means you can have your very own (hallucinatory) person who is as real to you as any person but only you can see and interact with them. You could choose any persons or anything past or present. Who would you most like to have in your life?
