AM6 Stage 3 lack of motivation and tiredness - terry44 - 06-21-2016
Hi, I'm on day 9 of Stage 3 of AM6, and I'm finding my motivation to work draining away and feeling very tired. Also starting to procrastinate a bit. Is this because of all the mental demand of taking in this stage, or is it resistance? I had something similar on my first sub, which was ASC, but this is even worse. If it is normal, does it take long to pass? I'm going to try going to bed earlier and see if that helps.

I call stage 3 the thruth stage , where you speak the thruth and nothing but the thruth; that's my interpretation of stage 3.

Thanks for the replies. I'm feeling a bit mentally numb and not completely with it as well. I'll try going to bed earlier and see if that helps.
