Just something I was curious about. When I wake up in the morning I usually pause the subliminal. When I listen again at night would it be better to start from the beginning or continue where I left off?

I do that all the time, I just start from where I paused it.

There's no way to control when you start or finish the subliminal haha as long as you get exposed for enough time.

It doesn't matter. It's amazing how much your subconscious can do. Either way works equally well, as long as, as Frank said, you get enough exposure.
