Just wanted to give a very short testimonial of a 32 day run of SR. First off, I've been prone to excessive sweating since I was a teenager. It's was a real pain and I thought it was just a genetic thing caused by my particular sweat glands. I even considered having a botox treatment, which is supposed to help for a few months. But after SR the problem has almost completely gone away. To me that's a miracle. I now think my sweating was caused by me being in a chronically stressed state for years. The other day I did some physical work in the garden and to my surprise I didn't need to change my t shirt at the end of it. I'm noticing the effect all the time. So grateful for this result! Other things I noticed: 1) I don't grind my teeth at night, 2) I eat my food more slowly and actually savour the food, which has improved my digestion, 3) I just feel more chilled, relaxed and healthy, 4) tension in my scalp is virtually gone, 5) My eyesight is slightly better.
I would have carried on with SR for 3 to 6 months, but I've got a free block of time now which would be ideal for a run of AM6, so I'm going to do that. I'd definitely buy an SR2 6G if it became available, or if not, I will find time to do a few more months of SR when I can slot it in.
