How to calculate make up hours. - Dubls - 12-13-2015

Shannon suggested to me in a previous thread that make-up hours should be calculated by multiplying missed hours by 1.5.

In this run of AM6 I vowed to complete 12 hours of exposure per day. If I don't hit 12, I calculate the number of hours that I missed by subtracting my daily total from 12. In other words, I'll calculate missed hours relative to the daily goal of 12.

On the 32nd day of any given stage, I'll add up all the hours that I missed, multiply the total by 1.5, and assign as many make up days as I need (at up to 12 hours per day)

However, it occurred to me today that what I should do is calculate the total number of missed hours relative to the total number of hours per stage that I'm aiming to complete: 12 hours x 32 days = 384 hours per stage.

Therefore, on the 32nd day of each stage, I'll add up all of my hours and if the total is less than 384, I'll subtract it from 384. Then I'll multiply the difference by 1.5, and that's a more accurate total of the hours that I need to make up for.

It makes sense in my mind and I wanted to put it out there and see what people think.
