Rise Of the Gods the Making of an Alpha God kill Grendel (AMS AND SM) - thor2014 - 12-13-2015
Summary of changes that I felt so far
Stage 1 - Much louder voice, more confidence
Stage 2 - No changes
Stage 3 - More social
Stage 4 - More assertive less social
Stage 5 - Wanking of to porn, better fashion sense
Not sure how to fix wanking of to porn it happens twice a week. Can anyone advise
Stage 6 is in the works. From there I will use SM

I would recommend what I am using:
Overcome Pornography Addiction 4G + Stop Masturbating 4G. Since you likely can't do 16 hours a day as each require 8 per day to be effective, I'd do OPA4G first. Porn is more of an issue than masturbation is. Then, when the 96 days are up and/or porn is long gone, do SM4G to rid yourself of the second addiction. They ruin a lot more for men than people realise. The site www.yourbrainonporn.com is an excellent resource setup by one of the best authorities in the field, that has tons of info to get educated on both addictions, but porn in particular.
That's the best advice I can give. I wish I knew about the damage they do BEFORE my failed SM3 run...best I can do now is advise others on it to help them avoid the same pitfall.

Well, sometimes AM etc. can stop masturbation, it depends on what triggers you've had for the activity and how strong they are. Usually, standalone programs to target them are needed. Ditto for porn use. Ultimately, YMMV.
I don't know, I doubt porn and fapping ruined my SM3 run alone, because my results were not atypical.

Knowledge is power, I'm off PMO thanks to the same site, no P for nearly 4 months and no MO for a month.
What helped me a lot was learning about all the negative consequences of letting the addictions creep back in so when any cravings surfaced I'd just remember these and maybe add a few of my own like hairy palms and loss of eyesight. Being pessimistic by nature helps tremendously with this!
