ok this may be a stupid question - hiddenalias - 12-02-2015 So I am finally getting my stereo system tonight.......Of course it is one that is capable of 20khz otherwise I wouldve not ordered it So my question is when setting the volume or whatnot, how do I adjust the volume or frequency to make sure it is getting the 20khz requirement? RE: ok this may be a stupid question - dissonance - 12-02-2015 no matter the volume, the frequency range of the speaker wont change. you cannot adjust the "frequency" of a speaker. the only way to do that is if you had an equalizer on your music player or your phone or whatever. But the best is to just keep the equalizer off (I'm guessing) so that it's closest to the original that Shannon made. RE: ok this may be a stupid question - Life - 12-02-2015 No stupid questions. Most of the time when I ask how many kHz a speaker has I get a "why does that matter?" Look. Then the salesperson fumbles for two minutes to confirm the answer |
