Personality type and subliminal effectiveness - mat422 - 11-08-2015

Shannon, if you read this I'd really like your input.

I'm the type of guy where if you give me a huge amount of possibilities I get overwhelmed and lose focus. I've learned if I don't narrow my focus or come up with a solid single plan my productivity goes out the window. Confronted with too much stimulus it's like my brain gets tripped like a circuit breaker and my ability to act on anything goes out the window. Whether this is due to limiting beliefs or simply how my brain is wired, I can't tell.

It just got me thinking about the effectiveness of subliminals and what approach would be better for me. As of right now I'm experimenting with just running OF to see if a more limited focused approach works better than a bigger more complex one. My theory is that confronted with too many variables my brain kind of goes into a frozen state, like a deer in headlights. To clarify it's not the complexity of the scripts, but the general focus or theme. I know supposedly the subconscious is capable of processing a lot of information, but I'm beginning to suspect that for certain individuals this information can't vary greatly otherwise it gets pulled in too many different directions and sort of shuts down or freezes up.

I too would love to hear what Shannon has to say about personality types and his experience of sub effectiveness with each type.
