When i listen to this for 2 hours a day I feel so relaxed. Is it ok to listen to this everyday as it helps me feel zen like.

I think something like being in the moment, not worrying about the past or future. Just be where you are. Just be. See what IS, not what has been or will be. Seize the moment, love the NOW.
It explains why you are in that "state" and why you feel calm and zen. But I'm sure there are more opinions upon that than just mine.
