I'm sure a lot of others have had the same or similar experience when finishing a six stage/month program.... "Where is the noise while I sleep.... Argh, can't sleep."
I wonder if others have done the same as I have. Started a new program prematurely just to listen to something while you sleep..
So a placebo sub with tricking stream/ ocean waves would be ideal, but if you have to throw something in it. The current discussion about the "one allowable affirmation" may be applicable here as time what can be put in this.
